Circular breathing workshop - Reversing

With Efrat Cohen

Why is breathing so important to us?

Breathing is directly related to our entire life experience - physiological, emotional and energetic.

If we are attentive enough to her, she seems to be affected (and influenced) by everything that happens to us - from moment to moment, like a truth machine.

When we don't want to meet something, we breathe less.

When we like it, it expands.

Over the years, breathing habits will also affect our perception of life and health as a whole.

But breathing is also our superpower,

It is an autonomous system, which means it does not need awareness to operate, but we have the ability to influence it.

When we bring awareness to it, establish contact with it, identify our patterns, deepen it, expand it-

We are in presence, for what is now.

We have the ability to regulate this system that is us (let's say in times of stress, or load),

And so to get better with life and give us back the ability to choose.

So what is circular breathing?

It is a technique of continuous, deep and conscious breathing that helps us dive deep into ourselves, towards the subconscious, and supports the release of fixed emotions and barriers.

We will breathe to listen to the body, the heart, to inner authority, we will make room through the breath for exciting and new good things to come.

This is an invitation to go on a journey of inquiry,

In a soft and protected space, combined with music and touch.

In addition, we will receive tools and knowledge about our respiratory system and how it can support us on a daily basis.
