Cycle workshop

Enrichment and learning session on the topic of the female cycle with Mi-Ran Menks

We will learn to get to know the different phases of the cycle, the fascinating signs that the body gives throughout the month and how each phase of the cycle affects our life and everyday life.

We will share personal stories, learn how to work in a way that is adapted to the different stages of the cycle.

We will touch a little on contraceptives, we will talk about the relationship between the cycle and the moon and we will discuss the subject of yoga practice throughout the month.

The meeting is suitable for women aged 18 and over.
