Introductory course - the basics of yoga
3 sessions, during which we will learn the basic poses in yoga and deepen the practice. In each session we will focus on a number of asanas (postures) - we will be precise and learn to work with accessories if necessary and according to each practitioner and his needs. The course is suitable for everyone, for those who meet yoga for the first time and for experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the various asanas.
