Introductory course - Mind training (meditation)
Practice stability in a changing world Wednesdays 19:30-20:30 / 12.1, 19.1, 26.2. 3 sessions for beginners and those who want to know a little more. We will learn to be attentive and present, we will practice the possibility of living in freedom. We will cultivate through the practice beneficial qualities in life, with the aim of being peaceful, stable and happy.
