Deepening course in yoga

3 sessions, during which we will deepen the yoga positions. In each session we will learn a number of advanced poses: arching poses, balancing poses on the hands and inverted poses. We will practice poses from the second series of Ashtanga, taste the philosophy of yoga and learn what is behind the physical practice.

The course is suitable for experienced practitioners who wish to deepen and refine their personal yoga practice.
